Card and Apple Pay payments are handled by PayPal. Prices include VAT where applicable. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Manage or cancel your plan at any time (account menu, top right): cancel in two clicks, or pause for 1 to 3 months. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. You can also cancel any time in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments).

Access codes from teaching or a campaign, and referral codes from a colleague, both go in here. Sign in first, then enter it.
Every member has their own code. A colleague who uses it gets 30 days of full access free, and you get 30 days added to your own plan for each one who joins — up to 3 months in total. Your months stack on top of any subscription rather than replacing it.
Referral codes are for new accounts — one per person, and you can’t claim your own.
If you are equipping a practice, a PCN, a VTS scheme or a training programme, tell us how many people and we will price it properly rather than asking everyone to subscribe individually.

No. The free pages need no card and no account at all. You only sign up when you want a paid plan, or when you have a code to redeem.
Yes. Open Manage or cancel your plan (also in the account menu, top right), choose Cancel plan, then Confirm cancellation. No further payments are taken and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also cancel any time in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments), or email us and we will do it for you.
Yes, for 1, 2 or 3 months, from Manage my plan. The pause starts when your current paid period ends, so you lose no paid days. While paused your account is on the free plan and no payments are taken; your plan restarts by itself on the date shown and the next payment is taken then. You can resume early or cancel during a pause. Pausing applies to recurring plans only.
Access starts as soon as you subscribe, at your request, so there is no 14-day cooling-off refund. You can cancel at any time from Manage my plan: no further payments are taken and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Your statutory rights are not affected.
It reverts to the free plan — you keep the free pathways, protocols, cases, the Consultation Spine and the SCA Guide, and anything saved in your browser stays where it is. Nothing is deleted.
Every clinical page carries a strip under its title stating when it was last reviewed, when it is next due and which guidance it is anchored to. The whole library was signed off in October 2026, and high-risk pages are re-reviewed every six months. See how we keep content safe.
Yes — use the group enquiry above. Individual plans go through PayPal; group access can be invoiced.
For the run-up to the exam, Gold monthly (£15) can be cancelled at any time once you have sat it, Gold every 3 months (£40) covers a typical run-up for less than three months of monthly, and Gold yearly (£100) costs less than seven months of monthly. For a whole cohort, ask about group access.
