Card and Apple Pay payments are handled by PayPal. Prices include VAT where applicable. Cancel from your PayPal account at any time — access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Access codes from teaching or a campaign, and referral codes from a colleague, both go in here. Sign in first, then enter it.
Every member has their own code. A colleague who uses it gets 30 days of full access free, and you get 30 days added to your own plan for each one who joins — up to 3 months in total. Your months stack on top of any subscription rather than replacing it.
Referral codes are for new accounts — one per person, and you can’t claim your own.

No. The free pages need no card and no account at all. You only sign up when you want a paid plan, or when you have a code to redeem.
Yes. Subscriptions are managed in your PayPal account and you can cancel there at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
It reverts to the free plan — you keep the free pathways, protocols, cases, Scribe and the SCA Guide, and anything saved in your browser stays where it is. Nothing is deleted.
Every clinical page carries a strip under its title stating when it was last reviewed, when it is next due and which guidance it is anchored to. The whole library was signed off on 20 September 2026, and high-risk pages are re-reviewed every six months. See how we keep content safe.
