Pausing and cancelling

• Cancel any time. No further payments are taken. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free Bronze plan. Nothing you have saved is deleted.
• Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months. The pause starts when your current paid period ends, so you never lose days you have paid for. While paused your account is on the free Bronze plan and no payments are taken. Your plan restarts by itself on the date shown, and the next payment is taken then. You can resume early or cancel at any time during a pause.
• Pausing is only for recurring plans. Access from an access code, a referral or a group invoice has no recurring payment, so there is nothing to pause or cancel: it simply ends on its date and you are never charged.
• You can also cancel any time in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments).
