1. Who we are
Reasoning GP ("we", "us", "our") is a clinical-reasoning and medical-education platform operated by BDYAM Medical Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16892799), registered office available on request. Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Who the service is for
Reasoning GP is an educational resource intended for qualified healthcare professionals and doctors in training in the United Kingdom. It is not intended for patients or members of the public, and is not a source of personal medical advice.
4. Medical disclaimer (summary)
The content supports clinical reasoning and exam preparation. It does not replace your own clinical judgement, your professional responsibilities, or current authoritative guidance (NICE, NICE CKS, SIGN, BNF, specialty societies). You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions. See the full Medical Disclaimer.
5. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
6. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Paid tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed monthly or yearly through PayPal, which securely handles all card and bank details; we never see or store them.
- Prices are shown on the site and may change with 30 days’ notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or by emailing us; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Cancellation & refunds: if you cancel within 14 days of a new subscription and have not made substantial use of the paid features, email us for a refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
- The free tier and any free trial (including the one free run of each AI feature) may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: copying, scraping or redistributing content; reverse-engineering; sharing account access; or using the site unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design and code are owned by BDYAM Medical Services Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own education.
9. AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate practice patients, feedback and explanations. AI output may contain errors and must be verified against authoritative sources. It is for educational practice only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any clinical decision made in reliance on the content, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. [Have a solicitor draft this clause.]
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the site or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
