Written to the Skills for Health Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) learning outcomes for Preventing Radicalisation: Prevent Awareness (Level 3, Awareness of Prevent). CSTF alignment has not yet been granted, so this is a certificate of completion for your records and appraisal: check what your employer or agency accepts. Refresher: Every 3 years (CSTF England v1.1; DHSC Prevent duty guidance for healthcare professionals, updated October 2024). The Prevent duty guidance (2023) also expects annual updates for relevant healthcare professionals, and at least 2-yearly refreshers for those with Prevent-specific responsibilities. The CSTF says Prevent Awareness should be delivered by a workshop or an approved e-learning package, so check what your employer or agency accepts.
