Written to the Skills for Health Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) learning outcomes for Health, Safety and Welfare (single level, all staff). CSTF alignment has not yet been granted, so this is a certificate of completion for your records and appraisal: check what your employer or agency accepts. Refresher: Every 3 years (CSTF England v1.1), plus local induction to health and safety policy and procedures on joining each new employer, and sooner if legislation, local risks or working practices change. E-learning can cover the CSTF learning outcomes; job- and site-specific training is extra.
