Written to the Skills for Health Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) learning outcomes for Equality, Diversity and Human Rights (CSTF England v1.1, single level, all staff). Skills for Health does not verify commercial training providers, so your employer decides whether to accept it within its own CSTF declaration. This is a certificate of completion for your records and appraisal: check what your employer or agency accepts. Refresher: Every 3 years (CSTF England v1.1), and sooner if equality or human rights law changes nationally or the organisation changes its policy. Staff moving into roles with more responsibility for HR, staff management or service delivery may need extra training before the scheduled update. The CSTF accepts e-learning for this subject.
